Happiness

Also, happiness is not the end of a pursuit. It is the outcome of other pursuits that are more worthwhile. 

One cannot choose happiness. Try telling a hungry person to choose to be full. It’s a  cruel mockery. 

But one can choose gratitude. And in choosing gratitude, one can be happy.
